Mi Clima provides residential and commercial HVAC services including but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability, job site conditions and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Free quotes are provided based on information submitted through our website or communicated by phone. Quotes are estimates only and are subject to change following an in-person assessment of the job site. Final pricing will be agreed upon in writing before any work begins.
Mi Clima is not responsible for pricing discrepancies that result from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer at the time of the initial quote request.
4. SMS / Text Message Program — Terms and Disclosures
SMS Program Description and Messaging Use Cases: Mi Clima Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. operates two separate SMS programs. Program 1 — Service & Appointment Messages: automated and non-automated reminders for scheduled service appointments, job updates, follow-up messages and customer care communications. Program 2 — Marketing & Promotional Messages: special offers, seasonal HVAC deals, maintenance reminders and company updates. You may opt in to either or both programs separately by checking the corresponding consent checkbox on our website forms.
Opt-In Consent: By submitting your mobile phone number through any form on our website and checking the applicable SMS consent checkbox, you expressly and voluntarily consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS text messages from Mi Clima Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. for the program(s) you selected.
